Scope of service
We resell API access to third-party AI models. Actual model capability and availability depend on upstream suppliers.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all usage and charges incurred under them.
Payment and credit
Credit is prepaid and remains valid until consumed. Enterprise customers may settle by invoice under contract.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no infringement of third-party rights, and no breach of the upstream model providers' usage policies.
Data handling
We do not retain prompt or completion content. Upstream provider data policies apply separately.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the three months before the event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
